Roy and Silo are two penguins at the Central Park Zoo in New York that coupled. Penguins pair for life so when it was discovered that these two penguins, who both happened to be male, coupled it created an international sensation. They were eventually given an egg that needed hatching and care and were able to successfully care for the offspring.
